How would you describe the culture here at Pointe Fitness?

“The culture here at Pointe Fitness is unlike any other gym’s culture I have ever experienced. From management to members, everyone is friendly and are always willing to lend a helping hand. Although we have different types of members ranging from experienced to novice lifters, everyone respects each others’ level differences. Nevertheless, the culture here at Pointe Fitness is friendly and open to everyone.”

What made you decide to become a Personal Trainer here at Pointe Fitness?

“Pointe Fitness allows me to train my clients in a comfortable and motivating environment. The open space and wide range of equipment allows me to design unique exercise programs for all levels of fitness and gym experience. Whether you’re just starting your fitness journey, looking to break through a plateau, trying to recover from an injury, or competing for a specific sport or event, you have everything you need right here.”

How would you describe the Pointe Fitness environment to a potential new member?

“Personally, Pointe Fitness is a wonderful facility where men and woman of all different fitness levels come together to enjoy a solid workout. I like how Pointe Fitness creates a comfortable environment and we provide an upstairs and back area where individuals can workout more freely, away from the general gym traffic.”

Why did you decide to work at Pointe Fitness, instead of working somewhere else?

“I enjoy fitness and helping others on their fitness journey. Fitness has always spoken to me; it has helped me through so much in life. Recently, I encountered a shoulder injury where I could barley move it without pain. Due to the machines at Pointe Fitness, I was able to still workout while nursing my injury. Today, my shoulder is a lot better and I am much stronger than I was before. I want to help members, by giving back what learned from my injury to assist members through any potential injuries they are incurring, or any problems they have while using a piece of equipment.”

What do you like most about Pointe Fitness?

“There are many things to like about Pointe Fitness, ranging from the cultural environment to the diversity of equipment. Although, my favorite thing about Pointe Fitness is the friendly staff that is willing to answer any question about fitness, and their ability to demonstrate any exercise when asked how to best use certain muscle groups. All in all, Pointe Fitness has everything anyone would ever need to reach their fitness goals, while in a safe, friendly environment.”

What is your role here at Pointe Fitness?

“I have been here since 2009 doing membership administration work, where I coordinate customers’ membership applications and embed acceptable inquires into the membership system compliance registry; additionally, I enjoy working weekend mornings where I inquire about outstanding proceeds from contemporary members, and sterilize gym machinery on a per needed basis. Overall, my experience and knowledge in my role allows be to be a key asset to our success here at Pointe Fitness.”
